Terms and Conditions

1. The donation must be made to the organization on or before July 20, 2021, through any of these payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Post Dated or Date Check

• Fund Transfer

• Cash

2. Once your company agrees to become a sponsor for the event, your sponsorship will only be terminated on the last day event, which is on August 29, 2021.

However, the recognition will continue as per the sponsorship package.

3. If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond the control of the organization, refunds will be granted too your company.

4. As a sponsor, your company is free to promote your products and services as long as it does not interfere with the event's activities.
